Cogent Growth Partners Advises The TNS Group on Acquisition of Chelsea Computer, Inc. for NYC Expansion


NEW YORK CITY, July 1, 2016 – The TNS Group (www.thetnsgroup.com), a preeminent Managed IT Service Provider (MSP) headquartered in Stamford, CT, announced today that it has acquired Chelsea Computer (chelseacomputer.net), an established IT services firm in New York City specializing in servicing the non-profit vertical. The acquisition strengthens The TNS Group while furthering expansion into New York City.
