Cogent Growth Partners Advises JWCS, Inc. on its Acquisition of Titanium Ant, Inc.


New York, NY – March 31, 2011 - Cogent Growth Partners, LLC, (Cogent) announced today that they advised Jamison West Consulting Services, Inc. (JWCS), a dynamic IT Services firm for small to mid-size businesses in the Greater Puget Sound area, on its recently announced acquisition of Titanium Ant, Inc.

The acquisition, which closed on March 1st Provider leveraging Growth by Acquisition to achieve rapid growth within its target market. It is JWCS' second acquisition working with Cogent, who also assisted JWCS with its acquisition of Seattle-based Managed Service Provider X-BAR in July of 2010.
